I am not a very religious person and either is my hubby. I was raised with a religious influences. We always celebrated the religious holidays and didn’t eat meat on Good Friday but we weren’t a strict religious house. My Mother was always the one who bought religion into the house and my father hated religion with a passion. I am sure the last time I remember going to church was the week before we got a bill from our church for “suggested voluntary donation”. The entire phrase contradicts itself and on the bottom were the words “you owe”. So that was pretty much the end of our church days. My Dad got very angry and I still remember to this day him saying “the next time I put my hand in the plate at church, will be to take some out!”.

I have really come to the conclusion that you can’t mix friendship/family and business. Yes I am sure some of you came to that conclusion a long time ago. But for me I like to help people, especially people I care about.

I have given a few people opportunities to further their business and spent countless hours helping them move to the next level or improve what they already have.
